Fund Management Team

Robert Lada, Minneapolis

Mr. Lada joined Global Access to develop and manage the Global Access Capital Fund LP. Previously Mr. Lada was the CFO at Novus Healthcare, Inc. Prior to joining Novus in 2014, he served as the Managing Director of Wayzata Capital Management, Inc., a U.S. based money management conglomerate. During his time spent with Wayzata Capital, from 1998 till 2013, he managed all the main asset classes and a diverse range of financial ventures, with direct responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing all financial-related activities of the group. He served, from 2006 until 2014, as Director of ECF Ltd., a hedge fund based in Geneva, Switzerland. He frequently traveled to Europe to support business growth and build relationships. His prior work experience includes investment research with Dain Rauscher, Inc. and sales, marketing and asset management with G.D.N. Securities, Ltd. Robert has more than 20 years of extensive experience in finance, strategic planning, investment banking, and overall Global capital markets. He holds a B.A. from Hamline University, St. Paul, received in 1993. He was born in Warsaw, Poland and currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Intake Council

The Fund Management team is supported by a Senior Associate, a Senior Analyst and an Intake Council comprised of senior managing members. The Team will also have support from the entire Global Access team, whose experience and expertise includes the field of Healthcare, Technology, Investment Banking, and Operations, among others.

Investment Committee

The Investment Committee of the Global Access Capital I, LP Fund has both internal and external members, with a wide range of related expertise. The committee will meet on regular basis to review and confirm adherence to Fund’s investment strategy, among other business related duties.
